This session was primarily designed for London Wayfarers Hockey Club however it can be used effectively for any sport speed development programme, or just as a change in your training week to get you away from completing another lap of the park. Try a different session to get the heart rate going and build your dynamic development.

Plus it is a change from the plod around the park.
