Discovery Running Package

If you are suffering from injury or keen to improve your running performance then the discovery running sessions are the first step for everyone, of all levels. You will complete your running analysis, a short movement screen and introduction to running form changes designed for you.

You need to build the basic understanding and movement patterns of an improved running technique before you can build speed and endurance.

Running Technique Plus Package

The technique plus sessions have been developed to assist those working toward improving running that may need more input to achieve the best results. These blocks are designed to run for six or ten sessions to allow you the time to really feel comfortable with the changes made to your running technique

The extra sessions for the ten block can be used to improve mobility through massage, develop strength through our performance team, or complete a couple of extra running sessions to maximise your results.

Running Elite Package - Speed

If you have specific performance goals in endurance running or sport (football, rugby, cricket, hockey or lacrosse for example) please ask for more details about our sports and speed packages. You will need to have completed the basic technique sessions to progress to speed training however this is your chance to smash your results with your individualised speed development programme.

  • Running Video Analysis Session
  • Introduction to the treadmill, session discussion and history of your running. We will take two walking and two running videos, then into the performance room to discuss your strengths and weaknesses.

Discovery Sessions

3 Session Running Anlysis & Introduction of Technique

  • Short Running Movement Screen
  • Final Video of Running Analysis
  • Introduction to the treadmill, session discussion and history of your running followed by a running specific movement screen to help you understand how you move. Then into the performance room for an indepth discussion of your running strengths & weaknesses.

6 Running Coaching Sessions

Running Technique Plus

  • Including Running Movement Screen.
  • Final video to observe your progress & tips to maintain your new running form.
  • With the Technique Plus sessions our running coaches will take you to the next level. This will allow you to progress through the full running programme to develop your base technique and get you to run comfortably for twenty minutes holding your new form. Maximise your results, prevent injury and begin your journey to being a better runner.

10 Running Coaching Sessions
