RUNNING TECHNIQUE SERVICES

ANALYSIS

If you suffer from recurring running injuries, or you are interested in improving your running performance then a video running analysis is a must.

You will understand the strengths and weaknesses of your running running patterns, get top tips to make small changes, and understand the journey required to develop into a better runner.

You will also receive a video report of your session for future reference..

TECHNIQUE

If you are suffering from injury or keen to improve your running performance then running technique sessions are the first step for everyone, of all levels.

You need to build the basis understanding and movement patterns of an improved running technique before you can build speed and endurance.

TECHNIQUE PLUS

The technique plus sessions have been developed to assist those working toward improving running that may need more input to achieve the best results.

The extra sessions here can be used to improve mobility through massage, develop strength throguh our performance team, or complete a couple of extra running sessions to maximise your results.

DEVELOP SPEED

If you have specific performance goals in endurance running or sport (football, rugby, cricket, hockey or lacrosse for example) please ask for more details about our sports and speed packages.

You will need to have completed the basic technique sessions to progress here however with this in place here is your chance to smash your results with speed development programmes.
