Right so you have evaluated your low back pain to be related to rotation control issues. The pain is settling – what next? Is your pain only there when you are doing fatiguing activities?
At first we work on timing, however as the pain settles we need to challenge the muscles in the same way we would with normal training. Here we take you through phase 2 of the retraining and build some load into the programme to challenge your abdominals to the next level.
This is just a couple of options, the message is the same though. Work into fatigue with control to obtain the best results.
