‘In August 2023 I started training with Katherine for a trekking holiday in Nepal . I loved these weekly half hour 1-1 sessions designed to build stamina, strength, balance & agility & upped them to twice a week for the last 6 weeks. In November I completed the 11 day trek which entailed literally thousands of stone steps as we ascended & then descended up to annapurna base camp at over 4,200 meters. I was so pleased to complete the trek with no injuries & felt strong enough to enjoy rather than ‘endure’ the long days climbing. So if you’re off on a strenuous adventure I strongly recommend getting in shape with body logic beforehand.‘
