With a strong background in sport, Brian has a special interest in total movement health, focusing on how movement weaknesses impact overall performance and well-being.

Hobbies:
Brian may have swapped the rolling green fields of Ireland for the bustling streets of London, but he’s certainly not left his Irish roots behind! Whether he’s tearing up the pitch in a game of hurling, putting in the hard hits on the Gaelic football field, or passionately cheering on the Irish rugby team (no matter where he is), Brian keeps the Irish spirit alive and kicking.
