BLH Sponsors Rising Marathon Star Hattie Freeman
Body Logic Health is delighted to announce our sponsorship of Hattie Freeman, the recent champion of the Ealing Half Marathon and an ambitious athlete on her path to representing Great Britain. We are excited to support Hattie as she works towards her athletic goals, and we look forward to being a part of her journey in the world of competitive distance running.
‘I’m Hattie Freeman, and I’m training to qualify for the England Team in long distance road running. For almost two years I’ve been working with professional coaches to kickstart this journey, and I’m delighted to now have the expertise and care of the BLH team behind me. Athletes are only made brilliant with a strong team!
Having won the International Málaga Half Marathon last year with 73:40, I’m working with BLH’s physios and my coach Geoff Watkins to bring this time down, as well as pursue the marathon distance in December.
I work full time alongside my running training programme, making BLH’s support even more poignant; injury prevention and recovery is key.
I really look forward to deep diving into their running technique & movement assessment and sharing my learnings with London’s running communities. Stay tuned!’
