Once you have the foundation of your running technique in place then it is time to elevate your running performance. Developing your running performance will involve;
Reviewing your goals – Discuss and develop your goals with the team to maximise your timings and clarify your targets.
Identifying a clear pathway to success – Build the plan to allow you to have short term focused targets guiding you to your ultimate goal.
Analysing your movement & running technique – It is important to re-assess and re-evaluate how you move and run to maximise your potential.
Developing your running skills to match your targets utilising the latest methodologies in sports training, generally utilised by elite sportspeople.
So the question is then – What do you want to achieve?
Whether it is a marathon challenge, new transition across to triathlons, building the agility for football, explosive speed for rugby or maybe you are ready to smash that 5k Park Run. The ability to develop the running speed required, the drills undertaken and the weekly programme plan developed for your individual needs will allow you to start the event knowing you are ready.

SPEED ENDURANCE
Are you looking to run further, faster, or for longer? Have you decided to run your first ever 5k or want to smash your 10k personal best? Having build your technique you will be challened to push your boundaries to new levels, improving speed, efficiency and endurance as you use less energy per step.

SPORTS SPEED
Do you play Football, Tennis, Rugby, Hockey? All of these sports, and more, involve a large defree of multi-directional movement: Changing direction with speed is vital to side-stepping opponents and breaking through defenses. Your sessions will incorporate a mixture of technique development, speed & multi-directional movement work.

MULTI SPORT
Are you training for a Marathon, Triathlon or other ultra event? Do you need to learn to pace yourself for long periods of time whilst maintaining a high speed output? Concentrating on technique development will improve speed, efficiency and endurance, then you will be ready to elevate your speed endurance and stamina to take your training to the next level.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Running Evolution Performance & Junior Sessions
90 MINUTE
Running Analysis- Including Running Video Analysis & Running Movement Screen
- Introduction to the treadmill, session discussion and history of your running followed by a running specific movement screen to understand how you move. Then into the performance room for an indepth discussion of your running strengths and weaknesses.
60 MINUTE
Junior Movement Analysis- For junior athletes, within this age group we need to analyse both movement and running to put together the best plan to elevate their performance levels.
Technique +
10 Running Sessions- Including Running Movement Screen
- Maximise your results with our Plus running block, allowing increased treadmill and in partnership with your running coach, you can integrate massage and the necessary strength work into your training pathway.
PERFORMANCE COACHING
Block Sessions- You must have completed our Running Technique (6 session) programme to book these blocks
- These packages are designed to take you through a specific pathway to achieve your goals. Your performance coach will plan the best pathway to get you to the start line in top shape and ready to perform at your best.
Junior Athlete
Block Package- Kids can learn so much so quickly and it will stay with them forever. Offering the opportunity to improve speed, endurance, co-ordination, agility and dynamic movement.
