Build Your Running Foundation to Maximise Your Training

There has been a surge in people running during the lockdown, which is wonderful to see. We are keen to see each and every runner develop their technique to help them avoid injury, improve movement patterns and most importantly maximise their benefit from the training session they are undertaking.

The type of runner in this video we have seen all to often around the parks and roads near us in Battersea recently. No problem at all however you can develop your technique and improve your running form, so you can change technical areas like;

Shuffle running
Posture
Twisting
Leg Cycle

As a result of these changes you can change your cadence if that is your goal. However a word of warning change the foundation first to develop your cadence.
